Redgum Firewood Information
Our Redgum firewood is primarily sourced from the Barham area from a local supplier who stores the logs for 1-2 years to dry before processing it to be ready to be used in log fires immediately.
The wood we supply you with goes through a four step process to provide you with the best quality Redgum firewood available to keep you warm on a cold Winter's night.
The wood we supply you with goes through a four step process to provide you with the best quality Redgum firewood available to keep you warm on a cold Winter's night.
Stage 1

The Redgum firewood logs are rested in the Barham yard, ready to be cut into blocks.
Stage 2

The logs of Redgum firewood are cut into blocks and left to dry out in the sun for 1-2 years.
Stage 3

Using our self designed and built 'state of the art' Wood Splitting Machine, our wood is split into similar size pieces which are just the right size to be thrown onto your open log fire.
Please note - our wood is NOT processed/split by an automatic processor (which can lead to wood sizes being extremely irregular and uneven)
Stage 4

Our wood is rested, dried in the sun and loaded onto our trucks by our custom designed 'wood cleaner' ready for delivery. You can be rest assured that you are purchasing only 'clean' firewood.
It is then ready to be sold to you to keep everyone warm on a cold Winter's night!
Please note: Our prices vary depending on the area we are delivering to.
